Communication and transportation to and from this apartment are not great. 1. You will need to go to their office in Como, trek 1.5 miles to their office or take an Uber (our estimate was $62 USD) to do this- which is a major downside for this unit. The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions.
