"I enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was spacious and well maintained. However, the best thing I appreciated is the kindness of the staff. All staff were nice, but Leo Liu helped me amazingly. He asked me if I needed anything and made sure that I was enjoying the facilities and activities. He made my day. Really appreciated it. Because of him, everything at the hotel went smoothly."

"Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever. I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it out. I was left with the only option of paying for a room directly at the hotel because I hadn't paid for the room when i booked it which was lucky. In all honesty, I was happy. The hotel is old, dirty and smelly. Very dated."
