Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Das Personal sehr nett und die Betten wirklich angenehm. Alles sehr modern!
Parkplätze sind nur für 1 Nacht als Gast kostenfrei, was wir sehr schade finden für einen potentiell längeren Aufenthalt. Unter dem Bett sollte ebenso gesaugt werden. Das Poolwasser war recht kalt."

Everything feels surprisingly spacious, probably because the hotel is located in an area that feels more like a commercial or industrial district than the centre of Locarno. The advantage is that there is plenty of space, and this is noticeable throughout the hotel.

"Räumlich großzügiges Superior-Doppelzimmer mit Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank sowie Wasserkocher und Kaffeekapselmaschine, allerdings außer zwei Tassen und zwei Trinkgläser ohne weiteres Geschirr und ohne Kochmöglichkeit. Smart-TV mit „allen“ deutschen Programmen.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption.
