"The unique hotel was perfect for our stay. The location is close to get to Milano centrale and walk around the Brera area. The breakfast was great to start our day everyone in the dining area was very accommodating and even packed us a breakfast for our train out of Milan. All of the receptionist/Front Desk hotel staff to the cleaning crew were all very helpful in our check-in and moving rooms during the process and I would highly recommend anyone staying in Milan to check this place out!"

"Absolutely stunning property in the centre of Parma, right next to the cathedral. So convenient for shops and cafes and only an approx. 20 minute walk from the train station, or 5 minute taxi ride. Our apartment was clean, quiet, well laid out with two large bedrooms, a small but perfectly arranged kitchen that even had a washing machine. Shower was really good, bathroom a fair size and the living room had a comfy sofa and flat screen TV. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend ...

"It's not a hotel. More like a rental apartment. No proper reception. No breakfast service. No plate, bowl, spoon, fork, or even cup is to be used or borrowed. I booked a superior room, thus I am not sure what makes it it 'more superior' than other rooms. No additional facilities. The area is a bit dodgy (like most train stations in all countries) thus to enter the apartment with so many instructions is a bit difficult. When we returned to the place at around 9pm, we were followed by a beggar....
