Horrible place in great location
From the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be a battle. The lady at the front desk didn't speak English and when we handed her our confirmation paperwork (which was also written in Thai) she just stared at it like she didn't understand. We felt lucky to get our room. The next morning we came down for our included breakfast and she laughed at us and said no! We showed her our paperwork again and she pointed at the menu. When I went to looking for a new place she came over and said, " ok I make you breakfast". Good, problem solved. Until we went thru the whole thing again the next morning. Did I mention we had 1 working light in our whole room? In the bathroom. Over the shower. Not the mirror. The others "didn't work". We had to use the flashlights on our phones after 5pm. And the cherry on top was when we were told the night before checkout we had to pay them cash for our room because they don't have a credit card deal. Again, we showed our paperwork that said paid (also in thai) and I had to pull up my credit card statement from months ago and they still had to contact the manager! I'm a tolerant person and understand language barriers and misunderstandings happen but would never recommend this place! Only plus is location at Malin Plaza and 10 min walk from beach and Bangla street.
