A little dated, but very good rooms and service and great for the price. Close to everything. Rooftop pool is covered, so you could stay up there all day swimming and looking at the city.

Okay hotel, okay location

The hotel is good to stay at if you don't plan on being in your room a lot. It's a 15 minute walk to Patong Beach. There are plenty of restaurants around but there's no nightlife. The back of the hotel is a lot filled with chickens, roosters and garbage. The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance with suggestions and cabs.

No idea how this place gets repeat business.

Clean room. Friendly staff. BUT....web site said courtesy bus from airport - discontinued. Also said full buffet breakfast 100baht but I was asked for 150 until I complained. Reserves of toilet paper never left if I didn't ask. Once room was cleaned but no towels left! Toilet poolside had NO toilet paper during my whole stay. Pool was swimmable 1st day, 4th day and then not until 8th day of stay. Water resembled dirty bath water at other times. Poolside bar never opened but signage stated we paid 300 baht per bottle of drink taken in. Main bar was never open. What I believed I would get when I booked was simply not what I was given.

Room was large 15 minute walk to beach Beds were very hard with only 1 pillow each Pool was cloudy and green for entire 4 night stay and we couldn't use it! Pipes rattled in the walls Toilet handle kept breaking Elevator was broken for several hours one day

The hotel didn't match the expectations as per hotels.com rating. Not sure if its the case with all the hotels in the Patong area or just this one. It didn't have good interiors, breakfast was just ok and could have been much much better with more options. Toiletries were not properly provided and the soap and shampoo were worse and are shared in a container.. meaning the next customer would continue using what was used and left by the previous customer unless hotel confirms that they clean it after every checkout which I don't think so. For me, i'm clear.. next time, i wouldn't want to check into this hotel again. Horrible mattress Pros This is walking distance to JunkCeylon mall which is the main center and mall. From here beach is around 20-30 mins walk. Bangla street is around 15 mins walk if you are walking normally. Staff is good

Hôtel très bruyant en bord de route c horrible. Déjeuner très très pauvre Avec personnels be voulant pas être la. Par contre vous verrez cents marrant des que le patron arrivé la il se lève !!! Chambre propre. Salle de sport vétuste et petite piscine.... cela ne vaux pas du tout une appelearpn 4etoile.

It's terrible.not a 3 stars hotel at all

It was a bad experience. Very poor breakfast, housmaid forgets frequently to clean the room, or to bring bottles of water or towels that are always stained. Insects in the bathroom and in the room. I found many difficulties to appreciate that hotel. The only positive thing is the good attitude of the hotel owner when she was present.

3 Wochen im Hotel

Sauna: Musste extra bezahlt werden Pool: War aufgrund der Lage (Überdacht) immer kalt (Außentemperatur ~ 30 Grad) Zimmer: Eigentlich gut, jedoch: Schränke dreckig, Minibar war zu laut, Fußboden wurde nur gefegt und nicht gewischt. Handtücher (Pool und Zimmer): werden seit dem 24.12.2016 nur noch alle 2 Tage gewechselt Rezeption: Nett, mehr aber auch nicht Puplikum: Hotel wird von 85 % von Russen besetzt (jedoch nicht störend!) Essen: Relativ teuer, muss aber nicht genutzt werden.

J'ai séjourné 1 semaine à l'hôtel et je ne regrette pas. Très positif ! Le personnel est agréable et bienveillant ... (et je pèse mes mots). Le petit déjeuner est super.

До этого останавливалась в 3х отелях в Патонге, но этот оказался приятнее всего, нет запаха плесени, есть все необходимое, чисто! Хотела еще продлить, но все стандартные номера к новому году забронированы(((

Amazing deal

We planned to stay only one night at this hotel,but ended up staying five nights. The convenience & proximity to the beach & surrounding business was great. The hotel was just renovated,everything was new & clean. The hotel staff went out of there way to make sure our stay was superb. I injured my foot on the last day of our stay,and the front desk gave me ointment for my foot. I live in Las Vegas & have stayed in many hotel rooms & this hotel beats them all. The price for the room was unbelievable for the service received! I would recommend this hotel any day of the week.

Nice hotel

Beautiful new hotel! Made by the woman on the front desk, Por! Her friendly smile and always there to help attitude made our stay perfect! We asked to stay an extra night...no problem! We told them we were vegaterian...no problem! Put on a buffet the next day! When the electric went off in a storm she asked if we wanted anything from the shop, always helpful! If in patong stay here!
