"We have a confirmation email stated the shuttle service and breakfast was included, but the receptionist denied it said its was not included, even the prove has been shown. They will request you to communicate with the respective agency (hotel.com) due to the configuration error! Why they are not the one should communicate to solve the problem but is ths the customers! "Komplett zugemüllter Strand! Alles voll mit Ameisen und sonstigem Ungeziefer! Pool auch nicht wirklich sauber, Liegen sehr dreckig viele kaputt.
Zimmer könnte auch deutlich sauberer sein, selbst in der Anlage lag viel Zeug rum (Müll Möbel uns sonstige Dinge)."
