Nesta Phu Quoc Hotel was nice enough. The breakfast could use a little improvement, but the rooms were clean and the front desk was helpful. There's a lot of construction in the area as they are almost finished building a new hotel in front and another one next to the hotel.

Very close walk to the beach.
The hotel was very close to the beach and in great condition! I would stay there again. There is however lots of construction going on around the hotel that was a little unpleasant.

Pros: good location; friendly, helpful staff; clean and comfortable; plenty of natural light in the room, and lighting in the bathroom; a reasonably good buffet breakfast; free bottled water daily, plus tea and coffee making facilities; towels provided for the pool or beach (not just one, but two per person). Cons: swimming pool inadequate size for the number of rooms; often no hot water at peak times; no proper shower cubicle in bathroom, making it more of a wet-room.

A great get away for little money.
The rooms were great. They were big and spacious. The people were real nice. A lot of construction going on around but not too bad as far as noise concerned. The only thing that concerned us was the pool. It could have been cleaner. I have a pool and when it is cloudy I know I better get it tested. My wife didn’t think there was enough variety on buffet especially for western people All in all it was nice and it was close to most things.

Contructions going on!
Lots of construction sites around this area. The owner and reception are not willing to assist you to change rooms due to "Hot Season", despite the fact that the room may be not be comfortable up to your need.

New hotel but very very noisy
The hotel is quite new - rooms are large and decorated nicely. However the noise from the construction sites next door and in front is awful - so too was the noise from other guests and rooms as there is very little doubd proofing . Breakfast was hit and miss - plenty of Asian choice but limited Western - and they kept running out of things. Bread for toast for couple of days but no butter - butter but them no toast bread only French stick . Then larger toaster broke do only a 2 slice toaster for whole of breakfast service !!! No condiments on tables. Not enough cups and glasses. Plenty of fruit. Had big trouble trying to exchange £ - they said they only change $ !!! Although clean see to the beach there is only local beach bar that allows you to use dubbed free - they have no cushions just wood and often they are all taken by 7.30 am ! Overall our stay in this hotel was very disappointing and we would not return nor recommend it to anyone. Most guests are Asian or Russian

Great hotel with small pool. However, laundry service was charged base on piece , not per lbs. Nice view from balcony / windows, but hotel doesn't have the private beachside for customer to swim. Overall, this hotel is good place for traveler.

Steps from the beach.
Great location just steps from the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. Staff were always friendly and helpful with organizing tours of the island. We extended our stay by two nights. The room was large but I would recommend they put in black-out drapes on the windows. Our room faced east (mountain view room), and the sun came through the drapes at 6am, making it difficult to sleep in.

Shame about the rubbish!

Good location, walls are paper
The room looked just furnished, but the finishing of the renovation was really not done. The gyproc was without edge finishing and the covered window to the bathroom was still with glass on the bathroom side, so we had the lovely view of gyproc with nails sticking out while showering. The wall paper was literally torn all over the highlight wall. The wall generally were paper and we could hear everything that happened next door and corridor. Balcony was really a french balcony with no seating area. Daily room cleaning was more like a making the bed service as the sheets were not changed (only ones during our 5 days stay) and it looked like the floors were not wiped. Breakfast was decent and the concierge service was good. Location was brilliant though - only short walk to the beach and excellent restaurants close by.

푸꾸옥 네스타 호텔
유명한 킹콩마트나 즈엉동 야시장에 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에요. 뒤쪽에 있는 작은 풀장도 간단하게 수영하기 좋고, 스태프도 도움 요청하면 친절하게 응대해주어서 좋았습니다.

Vi bokade en svit för sex dagar och den var amazing! Är man ljudkänslig bör man dock inte välja rummet då det hörs en del från restaurangen ovanför. Vi bad om att byta rum och detta löste personalen på dagen! Då det nya rummet var billigare än vårt ordinarie rum så erbjöd hotellet oss färskpressad juice varje dag! Restaurangen är fräsch, fin vy över havet och god mat som fylls på hela tiden under frukosten. Litet poolområde med få solstolar, dock inget vi kände av under vår vistelse. Nära strand och livliga gator (men inget som stör) Otroligt service-minded personal på hotellet som hjälper till med allt från väskor, till bokningar av rundturer m.m. Vi kan absolut bo här igen om vi kommer till Phu Quoc.

大きな問題は無く、高級リゾートを求めないのであれば十分満足できるホテルだと思います。 朝食は最上階の海の見えるレストランで、気持ち良かったです。 滞在中、気になったのは次の2点。 ①VIPに泊まったが、最上階の一つ下の階なので、朝食準備の音が聞こえる。（朝5時半くらいから） ②チェックアウト時、タオルが1枚無くなったと弁償させられた。 　こちら、複数人で宿泊しており、部屋の清掃完了時、既に1枚無かったことを伝えたが、弁償しろの一点張り。 　滞在最後の最後で嫌な気分にさせられた。

Плюсы: хороший пляж в 100 метрах от отеля, где много классных баров и лежаков, отель достаточно новый, уборка ежедневная и довольно качественная, рядом много магазинчиков и ресторанчиков. на завтрак кладут достаточно много фруктов разнообразных. Минусы: с двух сторон от отеля в марте 2018 были 2 стройки, думаю ещё год будут строить. начинают работы с 06 - 06,30 утра, нас не сильно напрягало, так как был здоровый сон после хорошего отдыха днем. К 9 часам на завтраках много чего заканчивалось, не подкладывали уже, хотя заканчивались они в 9-30.

Helt ok hotell för en billig peng.
Man får vad man betalar för. Receptionspersonalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet låg nära stranden vilket var skönt. Dock ingen egen del men det går att hyra stolar på stranden. Det finns många restauranger i närheten. Frukosten är inte jätterolig, det finns asiatisk mat, bröd, marmelad, ägg och frukt. Rummen städades dock inte särskilt bra. Det slarvades men det var full beboeligt. Ett plus är att man får två gratis vattenflaskor varje dag när det städas. Wifi finns på rummet.

Anledningen till att vi valde att boka just Sandy hotel Phu Quoc grundade sig enbart i tillgången till balkong, då detta varit svårt att finna hos andra hotel. När vi anlände var det till en stor besvikelse då balkongen inte var en balkong utan enbart en ”fransk” sådan. Balkongen var 40 cm djup. Utsikten från detta fönster med galler framför var bedrövlig! Inte hade vi förväntat oss en stor bullrig arbetsplats, där stora utgrävningar även lockade till sig hela öns myggor då de grävt kring brunnar och grundvattnet utgjorde optimal fortplantning för dessa smittospridare. Wi-fi fungerade bara ibland. Precis vid ytterdörren på rummet kunde signal upprättas stundtals. Bättre var internet i matsalen där signalen dock fick jagas. Benen fick man offra till myggorna. Personalen var trevlig och rummen städades dagligen. Ett plus var också den färska frukten som serverades i frukostbuffén.

Dårlig service men fantastisk udsigt
Vi blev ikke hentet ilufthavnen trods telefonisk aftale 2 dag før. Trods et opkald fra en hjælpsom vietnameser kom de stadig ikke, så vi måtte selv finde vej. Værelset var ikke det vi havde bestilt og toilettet kunne ikkd trække ud. Vi fik et nyt værelse anvist. Ingen safetyboks på værelserne. Servicen var langt under den generelle standard i vietnam. Der var ikke en bruser ved poolområde og kun hårde plastikstole uden madras. Kaffen til var udrikkelig og juicen blev ikke fyldt op. Tilgengæld en fantastisk udsigt fra en ubrugelig fransk altan, sødt rengøringspersonale, en hurtig elevator og kort til stranden.

Rent, fräscht och säkert hotell med mkt bra läge!
Ett mkt bra hotell. Fräscht överallt då det var ganska nybyggt. De fixade fram hyrmoped för 150t Dong vilket var billigt samt att de var mkt hjälpsamma med övriga frågor, tips på utflykter etc. Ett exempel på detta var att de inte fanns ngn barnhjälm till vår 6 åring, detta löstes snabbt genom att en i personalen lånade ut sitt eget barns hjälm till oss ngr dagar. Mycket uppskattat! Personalen pratar mycket bra engelska också. Det serveras även frukost på hotellet om man inte väljer övriga restauranger. Frukosten är inte jättestor men har det som man önskar, omelett, ägg, bröd/toast, flingor, olika vietnamesiska varmrätter samt frukt. Hotellet ligger ca 1 min gångväg till stranden där det finns restauranger/barer, massage och liknande. Till huvudgatan där affärer, fler restauranger och även ett hyfsat stort och luftkonditionerat gym ligger tar det också nån minut att gå. Däremot tar det kanske 20 min att gå in till centrum där nattmarknaden finns. Marknaden erbjuder shopping, mat och en massa intryck. Huvudgatan mot centrum är fylld av shopping, restauranger/barer också så det är inte öde på ngt sätt. Min familj och jag skulle absolut boka detta hotellet igen om vi åker tillbaka. Enda minuset var att det inte fanns ngn safetybox på rummet men personalen har mkt bra koll på vem som går in och ut på hotellet då man passerar receptionen på in och utvägen. Den är dessutom bemannad 24h om dygnet. Ett fräscht hotell som ligger bra till vad du än ska göra på ön!

Siisti, uusi, rauhallinen.
Olimme varanneet 7 yötä ja pidensimme viipymistämme vielä neljällä. Uusi hotelli, jossa puhdasta ja siistiä. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone siistittiin päivittäin, ilmastointi oli tehokas, huoneessa oli pieni jääkaappi kahvinkeittomahdollisuus ja pientä purtavaa edullisesti. Aamiaisella päivittäin vaihdellen buffetissa vietnamilaisia ruokia, tilauksen mukaan kananmunia paistettuna, pho- keittoa, hedelmiä, muroja, leipää, salaattia, mehut, tee ja todella hyvä kahvi. Allas oli siisti ja siellä sai olla rauhassa. Rantaan oli lyhyt matka, heti rannassa oli ravintoloita ja mukava rantabaari (muistaksemme Sunset Beach), josta sai myös suuhunpantavaa. Lähellä myös hyvä kuntosali (80k/ pvä tai 320k/vko) Hotellista oli lyhyt matka kadunvarren ravintoloihin. Keskustaan ja paikallisille markkinoille oli n. 20 min kävelymatka, joka meni kevyesti jalkakäytävän ollessa suht. hyvä koko matkan. Ainoa "miinus" ovien lukoista: jos sen jätti auki alkoi se piipata ja se piippasi niin kauan kunnes oven veti kunnolla kiinni. Omalla kohdalla hyvä muistutus, mutta rasittava kuunnella käytävässä piipittävää ovea, jonka asukas on jo lähtenyt. Suosittelemme hotellia, viihdyimme tosi hyvin ja henkilökunta auttoi kaikessa missä apua tai neuvoa tarvitsimme.

Hôtel confortable et près de la mer
Chambre confortable avec du rangement cependant si vous optez avec vue sur la mer vous devez être au 4e etage et plus sinon les cocotiers vont vous obstruées la vue donc vous allez payer pour rien. Nous étions au 4e étage. Les chambres sont propres çependant les corridors ne sont pas bien entretenu et il s'agit d'un nouvel hôtel...... à voir dans quelques années. Autour de l'hôtel c'est pleins de déchets et de matériels abandonnée et cela ne semble pas préoccupé l'hôtel alors que c'est leur environnement.... La plage est très proche mais n'est pas très belle,l'eau est brouillé, il y a plein de déchets dans la mer qui s'échoue sur la plage, apparemment qu'il s'agit des déchets des pêcheurs. Quoiqu'il en soit l'hôtel est assez bien mais si vous allez à Phu Quoc pour découvrir un paradis n'y aller pas la publicité est mensongère à ce sujet.

Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation
The hotel is located right on the beach. I highly recommend booking a seaview room - the scenery you get in the morning is totally worth the extra price. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help, but unfortunately, only 1-2 crew members have a more or less good command of English. At the reception you can get free towels and an umbrella for the beach. The hotel is very clean, but starting from 6 am you can smell food no matter on which floor you are. The smell penetrates everywhere and you can't avoid it. The only way is to breathe in and let it go :) The Night Market is 30 minutes away by foot or you can take a cab which will cost 1,2$. On the way to the town, there are a lot of restaurants, with a wide variety of local dishes, prices ranging from very low (mainly for locals) to upscale (here you will meet Europeans). You can get really cheap but seriously amazing local food at a bar-restaurant called Colors, which is just 3 minutes away from the hotel.

Huone oli hyvä ja sänky oli vietnamin reissun paras! Hotellin ympäristö vähä sotkune mut eipä he sille mitään voi ku ei tonttiin kuulu.. Rannan lähellä ja palvelu oli hyvää ja englantiaki palvelutiskillä jopa puhuttiin...

Betonbunker zwischen Bauplätzen stört Landschaft
Wir hatten Flughafentransfer inklusive (ab 3 Nächten) und wurden auf Kosten des Hotels von einem Taxi hingebracht. Der Taxifahrer konnte das Hotel jedoch trotz seiner Größe nicht sofort finden, weil das letzte Hinweisschild fehlte. Der Zimmerschlüssel ist eine berührungslose Funkkarte, die uns durch die Rezeptionistin erst übergeben wurde nachdem sie sich der vollständigen Funktion überzeugt und uns das Zimmer gezeigt hatte - erstklassig! Enttäuschend war, dass im Zimmer kein Zimmersafe vorhanden war. Lustig ist, dass die Dusche im Badezimmer durch ein großes Fenster vom Schlafbereich getrennt ist. Portionsfläschchen für Duschgel und Shampoo sind nicht unbedingt ein Zeichen für eine hohe Klasse und nicht besonders bequem. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist ernüchternd. Der Betonbunker ist auf Grundstücksgrenze gebaut und so gibt es keinen Platz für eine Außenanlage - die Bauplätze um das Hotel herum sind verwahrlost und eher mit Müllhalden vergleichbar. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz (Luftlinie ca. 200m - 250-300m Fußweg). Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Strand, arbeitet aber mit der Sunset Beach Bar zusammen, wo man als Hotelgast unentgeltlich Liegen und Schirme erhält. Der Strand ist öffentlich und von bezaubernder Schönheit und sehr sauber. Eine Dusche sucht man dort jedoch vergeblich: es gibt lediglich einen versteckt hinter der Bar gelegenen Wasserbottich, wo man sich den Sand von den Füßen waschen kann. Das Hotel hat sehr gutes WLAN und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig.

Tolles Hotel mit tollen ocean view Zimmer
Super Zimmer mit tollem Aussicht! Sehr sauber und groß genug. Hotel personal sehr hilfsbereit. Strand 1min zu Fuß erreichbar aber kein privater Strand mit Liegen verfügbar. Sehr viele Restaurant in der Nähe und Stadtzentrum nicht weitweg. Nur konnte das Frühstück buffet abwechslungsreicher sein.

Är helt nöjda med vår vistelse på Sandy. Rent och snyggt, trevlig personal. Bra frukost där du kan beställa omelett och annat gott. Härliga rum med utsikt över havet och en fantastisk solnedgång.

Very close to the beach, new facility
Positive: good location, good swimming pool, Good breakfast (weak coffee though).The manager at breakfast was very friendly and made sure we had a great time. Negative: very slow wifi, communication with staff at reception was a nightmare regarding airport transfer and motorbike renting
