"When we got there the airconditioning was dripping on the bed. The drainage was blocked with algae. The crockery was dirty with soup stains. The two pots were burned beyond help. Only two small towels were provided, no hand towels or kitchen towel. The mattress protector was disgusting and they took it away when they changed the bed by turning it around. The bedsheets are fake, not cotton. Overall a bad experience and we do not recommend staying here. The management simply stopped communicating...

"It is impossible to recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here on future trips. My first hint was when the hotel was not listed on rhe grab transport app, so I found myself standing on the side of the road at the bus stop at 11.30pm trying to work out how to find the place ... turns out their listing on wotif is different to the name of the actual hotel.
