"We stayed only one night at this property. Our room was in generally poor shape considering this was a Hilton property. The room was minimally clean. Looking beyond just the flat surfaces which are easy to keep clean, dust and debris was collecting in places open to view. The bathroom had scale and rust in the corners. The bottom of the bathroom door was delaminating due to probable moisture. Overall, the room is in need for a major renovation. Based on this alone, this room was not a good value. Furthermore - - The pricing on this property was unethical and deceptive. The total price I was told I was going to pay ended up being $25.00 more due to their hidden parking fee. One had to really search the website for the section where it indicated there was going to be an additional fee. This was sneaky on Hilton's part. Shameful. Won't stay at this property again."

"Service was amazing/ truly the best experience checking into a hotel. You get a free water and cookie!! Room was super clean- comfy bed and great size tv Pool was literally the best part of the hotel. Not super busy and super clean, great temperature and the hot tub was great! The sports area in the back was also really cool and a nice place to hang out."

"We had a little bit of a mosquito problem in our room. Very tiny mosquitoes, my husband killed a bunch of them. Some were dead in the ceiling. Nevertheless, we were only there for two days and tried to make the best of it. The amenities are great, lots of restaurants in hotel, friendly staff. Even got a note and sweet treats delivered to our room in celebration of our baby moon!"

"The staff was great. Everyine deserves at least a dollar raise. The art was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful. The balconies could be swept, dusted and the cusions washed. The bathroom showers could be better cleaned, showerhead/corners. The bar could be wiped down better to keep th3 ants off and they need to be wiped underneath the napkin holders. Outside tables need to be cleaner. Not bad. Could be better"

"We had so much fun celebrating our 20 year anniversary. The Oasis water park was a blast, our room was quiet and we loved the pools. One of the elevators was down which wasn't that much of a problem."
