We suggest you reserve one of the rooms on our north side next time as they are far away from any potential traffic noise. Rebecca: We were expecting your review and want to thank you for leaving us this terrible review so that we have the opportunity to respond for all to see. We believe that reviews are actually a horrible way to rate a property since people like you believe you hold all the power and we are powerless to tell people our side of the story until we have a review to respond to. It is a shame that potential guests cannot see that you had a 2-night reservation and we were forced to ask you and your friends to leave after just 1-night. We pride ourselves in the fact that we offer our guests an upscale property where they can relax and experience all the great things that Cave Creek and Prickly Pear Plaza have to offer. We are a quiet property and definitely not a place where people come to party. Unfortunately, that was not the case with your loud group who clearly would be more welcome at a property that caters to your type of rude and inconsiderate people. We had guests staying in rooms far away from yours who called several times throughout the evening about your loud voices and for that we are very sorry. As we clearly pointed out when you were asked to leave, we have made a note in our records and am happy to say you are not welcome back at our property.
