never again, filthy, broken stuff everywhere inc lock on door and glass in bathroom. bad neighbourhood. people fighting outside, threatning to kill each other, people knocking on our door all night, loud music, ciggie burns in linen, 1 thin towel for 2 of us, no soap, nothing, half the lamps had missing bulbs, other half didnt work. - LEFT AT 4 AM

Couldn’t Even Stay Here

Super bad neighborhood, across the street from the prison, and the lock on my room door wasn’t that sturdy, and the door had clearly been forced in before. But it didn’t matter, or the torn, stained bed clothes, or the tv remote with no batteries, because when I saw the inches of standing water in the bathtub preventing me showering, I got a refund and another motel reservation. Too bad about the $4 in ATM fees I had to pay across the street because they have a surprise $25 cash deposit policy. Anyway, stay the heck away from this place.

Unless you really have no choice.

Booked a night here for my family, we were looking for somewhere cheap to rest for a short few hours before driving to another state at 4 in the morning. Honestly one of the worst places I've stayed at... Wouldn't stay here unless I had no other choice and desperately needed somewhere to rest for a couple hours (even so I might consider just moonlighting elsewhere than waste tens of dollars at a night here). Staff took a $25 security deposit from me which I never got back, and there are a lot of sketchy people loitering about in the area. Room smelt like smoke and we requested for no smoking.

I can't believe this qualified as a hotel.

If you value your safety, definitely do not book a room here. I am actually quite shocked that Expedia is actually working with this "hotel." I booked it because it was close to the airport and it was an inexpensive room. When my wife and I got there we found out why it was so inexpensive. In the parking lot there are people dealing drugs. This is not hyperbole or an exaggeration, there were people straight up dealing drugs out by their parked car. In the parking lot across the street there were numerous prostitutes plying their trade. Inside the room the beds had no bed frames and no pillows. The walls were stained and dirty. There was no television, no towels, and no toilet paper. Needless to say, I felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe.

DON'T STAY THERE.....

Never checked in and my money was still taken by hotels.com I love this site and cant believe that you would allow a hotel this bad to even be on the site yet alone take money when someone doesn't stay there. I get it it's a 35 dollar a night hotel its not suppose to be nice but when you go there and feel like there is a chance you could not make it the night there and are scared thats a huge problem....

The room was horrible. Bugs, no hot water, and had prostitutes and junkies knocking on my room door all night. The front desk woman was extremely rude. I recommend you remove this company from your site.

no allowance for early check in. i was traveling by bus for over 24 hours. i would've paid an early check in fee but no one was there. and my refund is going to take nearly a week so that sunk my trip budget and made my trip pretty darn disappointing and unpleasant. ended up with not enough money for food for the last two days of my trip so i just had to snack on what i brought and otherwise do without. absolutely horrible.

Don’t get a place here.

The first room they gave us, the bed was unmade and looked like somebody just crawled out of there. No towels and phones. The next room, beds were made but the pillows had stains, no towels n phone again. Requested for an extra bedding n they said there was no extras available. It was late at night that my traveling partner took the room as is but I slept in my car. Overall, disgusting. The area was filled with addicts walking around. Gross.

Thru Orbitz, I booked and paid via telephone and agreed to a non-refundable booking. On the afternoon that I checked in I found 2 hookers walking on the street in front of the hotel. The room assigned to us was very filthy, moldy smell. The room was very dark because the wall light switch was broken. There was no bedside lamp. The smoke alarm on the ceiling was dangling. Outside the hotel, a couple was fighting, throwing food to each other. Two parked cars had flat tires. I felt I was not safe to sleep overnight in the hotel. I voiced my complaint to the person in the counter. He told me that he could not change the room, that I already paid for it therefore no refund of my money. I checked in at 5PM. I checked out at 6PM and got out of that place fearing my life. I have talked with an Orbitz employee via telephone about the hotel and I asked for a refund. Orbitz did not honor my request. I paid for nothing.

The room was decent enough, but the neighborhood was terrible. Day two of my stay there, a guy was beating on my neighbor's car with a baseball bat. Broken glass everywhere, police called, crazy scene.

The area this motel is located at is worse than Compton. I didn't even want to leave my truck parked there. While there the cops came 3x on a Wed. night. Bunch of thugs here, riding around on their bikes and strung out women twerking on the parking lot. And my deposit wasn't returned.

Five rooms later.....

Got to the hotel only to be told the bed type I booked was not available. Then the first room I was given was not clean, as in slept in, sheets all over the place, garbage everywhere. The second room might have been okay had it not already been occupied by people. I walked in on them totally unexpected since I was given the key to their room. So I go back to the office where the manager tells me "ops I meant to put you in 111 not 211." One wonders how often this type of thing happens and people's stuff gets stolen because they happen not to be in the room at the time. Ridiculous! So then I was given the key to now what was the third room. I open the door and I am immediately overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes/cat urine/death all rolled into one (in what was supposed to be a non smoking room). So back to the office, manager says he will check and see if the now fourth room is clean, he checks and its not. Back to the office AGAIN. Now the manager starts cussing and banging stuff around in the office. Very professional! Wow. The fifth and final room was as good as I figured it would get so I took it. But then my son wanted to watch tv and I just wanted to lay down and take a nap as I am super pregnant. Tv didnt work and no phone in the room meant I had to walk to the office again. And it took 3 more trips back to the office and at least an hour of being made to wait before the issue was fixed. In the morning he tried to say I didnt give a $50 deposit.
