Never had any issues before and all of a suddenx supposedly I damaged a wall. Their staff like the maintenance crew and housekeeping people lie for only god knows why. The maintenance person immediately came to the room I checked out of with a work order to fix the shower head where it connects to wall, which in the timeframe between me checking out and housekeeping and maintenance coming to the very same room there was no way that there was time to submit a work order and process the work requested without them knowing about the damage prior to me being in that room.

This is an older Motel 6, room was fairly clean but property was dirty. When I left about 4 am, I was asked for money or if I wanted to buy drugs.

I am not one to leave reviews whether good or bad but this stay was hands down the worst experience ever. I stay in hotels a lot and have never had a worse time. The rooms were filthy and had plumbing issues. The first night, an hour after checking in, a room key was issued for my father’s same room and a person tried to enter his room late at night. They told security that it was their room and my dad was questioned as to what he was doing in the room. After confirming it was his room he didn’t feel comfortable staying there. He felt unsafe. We ended up checking out of his room for the second night so he could stay with me and feel safe. The front desk lady wasn’t helpful. The area around was full of drunks, addicts, and loud people. I will be contacting the GM in the morning. Avoid this hotel!

To say that this motel is in disrepair does disrepaired motels an injustice? There is bodily fluids on the walls. There is feces all over the bathroom. I wish I could submit pictures because the ceiling is leaking water and there are cigarette stains all over the room. So much for a non-smoking room. Not only should you not stay here, but I'm going to call the health inspector tomorrow morning.

the bed was old and lumpy and improperly made. The floor was dirty and the wall was recently patched with the joint compound still tacky and unpainted. The trash can around the property were overflowing with garbage. The room was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled like an ashtray. This room was way overpriced.and I would never stay here again

1. I had problems with the door lock, took 3 trips to the office to get in. 2. No towels. Had to call to have them delivered the next morning. 3. The room was not cleaned and no towels. Was told I had to request room cleaning. 4. The shower did not work properly, either extremely hot or cold water. 5. Noisemakers next door.

Roaches and sketchy people
Front desk was nice but thats where it ends. ROACHES, not alot but they're there. the room seemingly looks clean at first till youre 30 min. in it. Lots of sketchy people around. Had one guy come down and stand by the stairs as i unload my car. Usually my kids help with the unloading but i felt so uncomfortable that i told them to stay in the room. Another guy came out and spent the whole time picking at whatever was on the concrete while i unpack. When i first went there barely anyone was outside, but once i start unloading, more people seem to want to roam around.

Staff was nice and mostly helpful. Place was a dump for too many reasons to list. Renovating is what they told me. Falling apart would be a better description. No heat, bring an extra blanket.

I had a front row seat to a shooting that happened right outside my room, and my door being taped off with crime scene tape with a cop outside making sure I didn't walk into the crime scene and the blood on the ground. I was then entertained by watching the forensics team take pictures of everything outside my window. Later in the day, I also had a front row seat as I watched the coroner take the victim down the stairs in a body bag. This isn't the kind of entertainment I was planning on sharing with my family while in Phoenix, which includes two small children under the age of four. Did any motel staff come by and check on us? Nope. Was I offered a discount or better yet a refund seeing how I almost lost my life here? Nope. I got nothing... I guess it's just another day at Motel 6. They did at least have someone come and power wash everything once the cops were done with the scene. Do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks more and find a safer place. The lure of "Pets stay for free" simply isn't worth it.

I stayed for a week and they cleaned my room had air conditioning it would stay cool for an hour or two at a time and then I would just sweat it was like a sweat box they would not refund my money or reimburse me or compensate me and move me to another room instead they said I'm not allowed to rent there anymore so therefore I would not recommend this to no one plus you have a lot of fentanyl heads

Ok...you could not pay me to stay here in the future. It was filthy and had roaches. I was approached two separate times by two different men asking for cigarettes while unloading my car. And when i said no to one of them i was cussed out viciously. It was unnerving to say the least. There had to be a guard stationed outside at all times. There were people fighting outside my window. Very unsafe and dirty. The front desk lady was nice though.

We had to move 3 rooms. First room was not the one we had reserved as there was no fridge or microwave. It was hot. Second room had the fridge but no microwave. Also missing the remote to the tv. This room was really hot. 3rd room we moved to no fridge, no microwave and turned out to be really hot and full of cockroaches. Small roaches on the bed. Wanted to rest after driving for a long time and trying to get out of the heat.Very very disappointed.
