A six night stay at the cost of 3k was definitely not worth it for this hotel. Gone are the days of quality customer service. “Refreshing” is the new term for doing almost nothing in our room. It is a minimal every other day service. Our room was never really cleaned or vacuumed. Meanwhile it is up to us to ask the front desk for more coffee pods, cream, sugar etc. because they are too cheap to put more than 2 coffee pods for 2 days. That equates to 1/2 cup of coffee per day for 2 people. Come on, if you are providing crappy room service then at least put 4-6 coffee pods in the room! And an additional $10 each day for a sub par “continental breakfast” should be included in a $500 per night hotel charge. What a rip off! Many other service omissions included empty shampoo and lotion pumps. We will not stay there again.
