This Hampton lived up to expectations based on our previous stays in different parts of the country except for one thing. We were booked for 2 nights only and when we returned to our room the first night we found there had been no maid service, nor even replenished towels! Upon trying to call housekeeping we found the phone didn’t work. My husband had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels and was told they would make sure and clean our room in the morning (we were checking out in the morning). I guess the biggest issue was No apology, sorry for the inconvenience, nothing!

I prepaid for a wedding event that was advertised on the event. We weren’t offered a selection of rooms as others were, and we weren’t offered the “welcome package” as others were. For the rate we paid, I’m disgusted. Others had a a lesser rate, nicer room, and close to the rest of the party. I will be glad to share my experience with others and NOT stay here again. 0/10. Bye.

This property is conveniently located to many dining and shopping areas. Our room was spotless, even the hallways were clean. The breakfast area was well stocked, good food and easy access.

Located near many restaurants and shopping opportunities, this hotel is relatively new and beautiful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. As a business owner myself, I would suggest to the hotel management that they attempt to do something about trash trucks banging their dumpsters at 4:30 AM on a Sunday. (So much for a restful sleep) I also suggest the hotel staff be encouraged to eat their meals in the restaurant area as opposed to behind the registration desk. On a positive note, the employee managing the breakfast area is very professional, and the breakfast was very good and the area was beautiful and clean.

I was not happy that my room was not cleaned on the second day.Nor were towels or garbage picked up. I was told the receptionist should have told me the day I checked in. Disappointed!

Doors slamming all night
We stayed on NYE to be safe from driving and the doors slamming ALL NIGHT LONG was horrible. We left early and found that it's the cleaning team slamming every door. I know it wasn't intentional but people come to sleep and 10pm-5am noise is wild for a small hotel.
