It’s not entirely fair to blame the staff, but we had our one and three year olds with us. We received a call at 7pm that our children were being too loud. I’m not sure what they expected from a one year old who did not want to go to bed. Then the neighbor who reported us proceeded to slam the door and speak poorly about our family loud enough to hear through the wall. Otherwise, services were great. Malted vanilla waffle was delicious. Room was clean and well stocked.

It was not as clean as it could be. There were eyelashes and hair on our sheets and pillowcases. We wondered if they’d been replaced between guests. The bath tub was clogged and was slow to drain, which was a little gross. However, in general the staff was kind and helpful. Except the lady who checked me in, she gave me the keys and called it a day. A little more information like, where my room was located, info on their complimentary breakfast or giving me the checkout times would have been helpful. But, maybe she just was having an off moment.

I thought it very sweet that the night shift person on 4/1 was super compassionate and offered to take my bag since I was limping.as I had just been in a horrible car accident where my daughter 3 grandkids and I should have survived. Also, I can ALWAYS rely on a beautifully clean and comfortable room. Thank you

It was just a dated hotel. I actually had TV remotes from the 1980s that were better. It was clean, had a good staff, and there was not excessive noise. It wasn't a good value for the money compared to the many other Hamptons that I had stayed in.

Hotel had a weird ammonia /sewage smell EVERYWHERE
Hotel itself wasn't bad- Convenient location right off the freeway, hotel was pretty nice and had nice rooms. The issue was the weird HORRIBLE ammonia /sewage smell in every part of the hotel! Not sure why, first room we were given smelled like ammonia so bad we went back to the front desk immediately to switch rooms. The lady behind the desk was borderline rude about bothering her with changing our room and didn't address why the awful smell when we asked. The second room wasn't as stinky, but the ammonia/sewage smell was there constantly, making it difficult to enjoy the stay. The heater/ac had something wrong with it and was super loud too. Overall, we were glad to leave as the smell was like something that seemed like it was a problem with the whole hotel or the sewer as it stunk like ammonia /sewer everywhere in there. We just sucked it up and stayed as we had driven for hours to get to the area and were too tired to switch hotels. Very strange- I overheard a couple of other people talking about wondering what the stinky odor was when we were in the breakfast area in the morning too.

On rare occasion we will encounter an odor- being a large building with multiple sewer/water pipes sometimes there will be a backup of gases that may be noticeable and we sincerely apologize that your stay was impacted by that.We do use cleaning products in our rooms so there may be a slight lingering odor due to cleansers but we don't use anything ammonia based. Thank you again for your comments, we appreciate it!

Questionable hotel
Overall stay was nice they allowed me to check in early after a long drive from CA . The room was not clean dirty long hair in shower and sink , broken grab bar handle in shower , cracked entry light in room , went down to front desk due to having a severe headache and asked the lady at front desk Sommer I think her name was was extremely rude like I was inconvenienced her . When she asked me what room I was in I gave her wrong room number because I couldn’t think straight so she requested my ID instead of asking for my name . House keeping never came once during the 7 days to clean or bring new towels etc have stayed here many times over the past 6 years but probably never again. Poor customer service by staff with the exception of dawn I think her name was during check in she was very friendly

As far as issues in the room with broken or cracked items, post covid, we are still having issues getting replacement parts for many items in our rooms.I also apologize that you did not have a positive experience with our overnight desk agent. Our standard security protocols require that we see guest ID and this is in place to keep our guests safe and secure.If you can provide me with the information requested I can look into the housekeeping issues as well.Thank you again!

Highly recommend
Very nice place to stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot and cold food options as well as a nice small coffee bar with syrup and cream choices. Really enjoyed our overnight stay.
