This was a fine place to stay by the airport in order to make our flight the next day. Clean. Comfortable. That’s it. We arrived too late for the included happy hour and there were extremely limited menu options at the Kitchen-Bar, however what we ordered was surprisingly good. The cons: the hotel in general is pretty dated, but the room was comfortable and certainly spacious. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit was inexplicably located right next to one of the beds, blowing right on us as we slept. The hair dryer was broken/unusable. On the plus side, each and every staff person we interacted with was truly excellent. From check in staff, to the bartender and dining room staff, to the airport shuttle bus drivers, they went above and beyond. Great customer service.

The beds was very confortavle but thr air conditioning was very loud. We had to choose between sleeping cool or sleeping with quiet. Also, the windows really need to be cleaned. They were pretty dirty. Other that, we are pleased.

The staff helped us get our rooms quickly and accommodated us by making sure we had rooms right across the hall from each other. The beds had nice bedding, pillows, and were very comfortable. The free happy hour 5:30-7:30 had so many variety of foods, chicken, Alfredo noodles, chili, hot dogs, salad, veggies, tortea chips, soft drinks, etc. and each adult gets 3 free mixed drinks. You don’t need to go out for dinner - there was so much to pick from here. Desert was $5 lava cake & ice cream or warm chocolate chip cookie. The rooms were renovated. We were very pleased with the hotel. Also they pick you up from the airport you just call them they have 24 hr pick up service and when you sign in at the desk you can sign up for the shuttle to go back to the airport. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes. So very nice and stress free.

Incredible location and price. They give you a ticket for afternoon food and drinks..... for free.. this is our new hotel for the night we leave on flights from Phoenix. Wow!
