"This was a decent place to stay overall. The room was clean and ready when I checked in. After a 6.5-hour drive from California, I would've appreciated a smoother check-in process. It took approximately 10 minutes to get everything processed, while another staff member was assisting other guests fairly quickly.
Unfortunately, I ran into another inconvenience on my second night. After a long day of my daughter's graduation preparations, ceremony, and festivities, I returned to the hotel exhausted, only to discover that my key card wouldn't unlock my room. I tried it multiple times with the same result and ultimately had to lug all my belongings back to the front desk to have the issue resolved. I wasn't given an explanation as to why the key had stopped working, which was a little frustrating, especially after such a long day.
Aside from those two issues, my stay was fine. The hotel was clean, and my overall experience was decent. I would consider staying here again."
