"Beth, the owner, was extremely helpful and a joy to work with from the beginning to the end of our stay. The accomodations were clean, comfortable and the bed was very cozy. It is conveniently located 2 blocks from the heart of downtown. There are many great shops, restaurants, and it's a short walk to the river. We plan to book another stay in the future. I recommend Aerie Bed & Breakfast in New Bern, NC."

"Did not have a "Breakfast" just bread and sugar. No protein options. Just bread to be toasted, waffles or cereal. Was highly disappointed in the "breakfast" provided. My room also had a slight smell. My room appeared to be clean other than the slight smell. was warm enough to go swimming however the pool still remained closed to guests. Staff were nice."
