The motel is a nice place, but not having a front desk is very inconvenient (everything is done virtually). Also the free daily coffee is not available on your checkout date - so if you want daily coffee you better grab that first cup on the day you arrive. 4pm or later. And the coffee shop is closed on Monday.

The worst check in ever. There is no front desk and no staff there to help for any reason. We had one towel for a double occupancy and the one cleaning staff treated us like we were lying when we said we only had one towel.. She made us open the door and show her that there were no towels in the bathroom. The Internet didn’t work so no t.v. We did not stay because we were unhappy and when I text with the phone number of the property… they said they would not refund our money. They basically said too bad. We will never go back to this property again. We also will be writing reviews. Absolutely horrible service.

This was the old Sonder. The housekeeping was excellent, nice bedding and great towels. They should have bought the hotel furnished as the Santa Fe furniture they put in there makes it look dated. Toilet paper holder had come off wall; no tp upon check in but they brought some right away. Parking lot dirty. Needs new stucco exterior. Lots of pets stay here.

I love this hotel. It has a sort of 70’s feel to it. Very great atmosphere between the pool, coffee shop and restaurant.

Good location and room was a nice size but I didn’t like the virtual desk - would prefer to talk to a live person when I check in and have someone on-site 24/7 to answer questions - also I had a lot of trouble getting my credit card to scan to the proper resolution for the online check-in - their system seems to be set up to save the hotel money but was more time and effort for me
