The property around the facility was very dirty. They gave us a room that was literally next-door to the laundry facility and it was so noisy every single day that we were there. Also cops were on the premises every night very bad We could not sleep plus the air conditioner in the room was leaking water all the way out on the sidewalk and it was not keeping our room cool at all. We were sweating in our sleep.

The interior of this place was really clean. A lot of riffraf around the area to include the parking lot. A fair amount of recreational things happening around the facility also.

3 Palms in Scottsdale is my favorite place to stay when I'm in the Scottsdale Phoenix area. It's a good value for the price. The staff is always courteous friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean well appointed, with modern decor and most importantly the beds are very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi are very large and are always clean and working. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay, the bed was clean and comfortable. Only thing we didnt like was that the AC was totally off in the room so when we arrived it was 90 degrees inside the room and it took over 24 hours before it was at 78 degrees. We sweat all night long from how hot it was in the room, it was miserable. I get saving money but if you have guests, atleast turn the AC on the day of check-in
