Clean and comfortable with friendly staff

I've stayed at a few 3-to-4 star hotels in PP and this one is my favorite so far. Although the location is set away from common tourist areas, it is relatively quiet, very clean and modern in its decor. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is on the small side, but the food and coffee are good. The room size is also comparatively large for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a medium-end room in PP.

Great staff

This hotel was in a good location for local attractions as well as getting to the the Genocidal museums. The staff here were very nice & helps us with booking various trips we had planned

딱 가격만큼의 시설

뷰 있는 방으로 했더니, 도로가 바로 옆인 방이라 밤 12시까지 차량 지나가는 소음이 좀 있네요. 청소는 잘 되어 있는데, 저렴한 인테리어 시설이라 만족도는 떨어집니다.내 방의 에어콘만 그런지 한참 가동후에 찬 바람이 나와 그나마(?) 잠은 잘 잤네요. 한국 음식점이 있긴한데, 식당앞에 껄렁한 한국 아재들이 담배피고 있어 들어가고 싶은 생각도 안들더군요. 캄보디아의 어느 호텔이 그렇듯 직원들은 친절합니다.

Good Location, Great View

I booked a Junior Suite but was upgraded to a Superior Suite. The room was spacious and comfortable and the balcony had an excellent view of the river.

I booked the deluxe Double Balcony Room listed as 35 m2 on hotels.com, but when I measured the room, including the balcony, it's only 24 m2. The room was spacious enough at that size, no need to embellish it up to 35 m2. The bed was unique in that it had a canopy. The balcony was too small to be useful though, just a place to put the external fans of the AC. Speaking of the AC, I turned it on full blast at the coldest setting, but was not strong enough to cool the room. I had to be naked in the room, just to maintain a cool temperature. The employee took a look at the AC unit, but since it's blowing cold air, he deemed it was working properly. The AC unit does blow cold air, but is not strong enough too cool the room. They really should get it fixed. This is room 202. The second time I complained about the AC they offered me another room. At night time, they close the gates, so you have to ring a buzzer to wake up the night shift employee to open the door for you.

Bien placé, mais très bas de gamme

Excepté le personnel d'accueil, personne ne parle anglais. Les photos du site ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. Pas de restaurant. Je ne suis pas une grosse mangeuse, pourtant le petit déjeuner plus que frugal. Même pas toujours de toast ou de pain. Café ou jus de fruit. J'allais m'acheter à manger ensuite. La chambre est une cellule de moine, sans fenêtre, sans table ni chaise, aucune table et lampe de chevet. Salle de bain spartiate. Wifi très faible, impossible d'aller sur les boîtes mail et ordinateur sur les genoux pour travailler (très pratique, n'est ce pas) Propre tout de même et personnel très gentil.

moved after the first night of 19 planned the hotel was along way from where i neede to be and was not as shonen on the web site . sorry but can't say too much good about he whole ordeal, even the cancellation that i understood was lost an extra day ummm try 4 days lost in the refund . very por business .

In der Naehe vom groessten Einkaufszentrum

Wir haben zwei Naechte im Royql Inn verbracht und waren zufrieden. Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis gut und das Fruehstueck war ok mit gutem Kaffee. Leider kostet die zweite Tasse extra. Alles in allem ok.

Gutes 3-Sterne Hotel nahe zur Shopping mall

Das Royal Inn Boutique Hotel liegt am Rande des Stadtzentrums und in unmittelbarer Naehe zur groessten shopping mall in Phnom Penh - nur gut 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Rezeption ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und organisierte zuverlaessig Tu-Tuks und Busticket nach Siem Reap. Fruehstueck ist gut: Wahl zwischen asiatischer Nudelsuppe und englischem Fruehstueck. Zweiter Kaffee kostet leider extra. Unser Zimmer war gross mit kleinem Balkon (allerdings nicht zum draussen sitzen!). Gab alles, was man von 3 Sternen erwartet. Wir wuerden es wieder buchen.
