I loved the quality and the style of the doorsLe Vincent is the Crown Jewel of the neighborhood, so any negative comments will apply to neighboring businesses: a. Garbage dumpsters too close to entrance. b. Samsung store gave poor service. c. Some of the street vendors don't give clear information about pricing.

You get what you pay for, right? Room ok with small refrigerator. Free toiletries in bathroom. Toilet not working properly. Very hard bed and uncomfortable pillows. Area surrounded by girlie bars. Close to river and night market. Overall ok.

Low cost, nice area
This hotel is in a great location and has one guy at the front desk who is extremely helpful. However, I had to get a room change because the room didn’t have windows and it smelled like smoke. The new room wasn’t that clean especially the bathroom. The shower curtain was old and dirty and walls were smudged. There was also hair on the floor. It was great being so close to the night market and such great restaurants but I personally won’t stay here again.

great place, but the cable channels are dodgy, the door to the balcony was rubbish, and the safe didn't work. but apart from that, it was great. loved the bed and loved the service. oh yeah, the wife was rubbish.

The place was fine. It's what's to be expected for the price range. The staff was a little pushy on tipping (everyday) and bringing them food whenever you would eat... Don't ask for anything and they won't be quite as aggressive for tips.

Ok, but could be better
Room is quite outdated and we had a problem with AC. It was working but couldn't cool down the room we put it on 16°C but nothing, room was still hot. And they forget to give us toilet paper. Around the hotel is nothing special but with few minutes of walking you can go to night market which is nice.

When I arrived there were all smiles, welcoming me to the hotel, I came in a bit early before check in time.Kimpun the associate at the front desk got me into my room right away..Seeing it was my first choice of hotels, also first ever visit to Cambodia.I believe I’ve found my new favourite hotel when I do go back to Cambodia.Thanks very much for a wonderful stay.Look for me in future trips to Cambodia 🇰🇭 ❤️

Unacceptable fees
Charged $10 bucks on towels because there was a makeup stain.... if you cannot use a towel for normal day to day hygiene matters, what's the point in giving them to your guests. Hotel night next to garbage pickup so the evenings there will be a mountain of garbage in the front door. Service was decent but charging for using a towel is unacceptable regardless of how polite the staff were.

Staff were excellent very helpful and full of smiles . Lost my wallet which was handed in to another hotel and was woken up to be told it was handed in elsewhere was led there to pick . $400 gone but credit cards still there : couldn’t thank them enough

A nice and clean place
The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is near night market, central market and the palace, can walk from the hotel directly. However, there are many pubs nearby and insufficient street light at night, it maybe dangerous for girls to come back hotel at night

Clean and basic Hotel in a relatively good busy area with many eateries and bars around Hotel was clean and good wifi and aircon Staff were a bit of either in your face or not very talkative and didnt seem too happy-----and also 3 min walk to the waterfront where a lot of people head for to walk along the paved water front especialy early morning with Tai Chi classes in progress but nice watch or join in or just have a coffee on the other side of the road and watch

Great value for money in the heart of the fun area
Great hotel for the money. Staff were very helpful. Looked after my motorbike. The room was good. I think that the bed was a bit big for the room. There was a slight ant problem. But all resolved. The location was great. It was just far enough away to be quiet, but close to walk to everything!

Excellent location and very helpful staff
Very convenient location to most city sites such as a 12 minute walk to central market and to the night market. 8-10 minute walk to river front. A new well-stocked Panda Mini Mart 3 minute walk on the corner across the street. Quick elevator and very helpful, friendly staff. Strong wifi. Good toilettries also and minibar and tea kettle in room. I would have given this hotel a 5 rating except for the thin walls that did not block the blasting street music that lasted until very late at night.

Decent deal for a budget hotel, nice staff
I had a balcony room. A bit noisy during day (obviously) but a generally good budget deal with a lift which most of these old buildings do not have. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit grubby (anywhere within 2 miles of the river is) but very central and easy to get here and there. That I rate as a big plus in a city this hot and traffic congested. Shower curtains were a bit too short so the bathroom floor always got soaked anyway. Annoying, but somehow this is always the case.

The hotel is located a few blocks from the river and a short walk to the entertainment areas. The hotel staff were excellent. The hotel itself is quite new, but I found the beds firmer than I like. Overall a good experience

I booked a room with two beds, they told me there is only one room with one bed. Staff asked me for tips. He insisted on having it. I asked him for two blankets, he said sorry, no more blanket. There is only cold water in the bath. The heater doesn't,t work.

A budget hotel with 2-star facilities. Paper-thin walls makes next-door conversations and snoring very disturbing. Infested with biting insects. Good wifi, but very poor TV reception. Good area with walking distance to riverfront and restaurants and bars. Unsightly view from balcony.

Outstanding service
I can't thank the hotel staff well enough. When my partner's phone was stolen on the streets as we were walking, as soon as we asked them where the police station was to get a report for our insurance, one of the staff member took upon himself to take us there and stayed for an hour to translate everything for us. The police doesn't speak a word of English so it would have been really hard without his help. Other than that, the hotel was really nice, clean and comfy, and in a very good location, walking distance from every landmark. Highly recommend!

New, Clean and Spacious in a Great Location
The hotel is new and very clean. It is a family run hotel and they were extremely nice and very helpful. The Room - really good sized room with all required ameneties, including a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was large with constant hot water with good water pressure. The hotel is situated over several floors (4) and there is a lift if you don't want to use the stairs. The hotel is located close to riverside, the night market, central market. There are several mini markets close by, we found the one a few doors down on street 130 to be the cheapest. If you walk out the front of the hotel it is to your left a few doors down. There are a huge selection of restaurants nearby and tuk tuk drivers right out the front of the hotel. The wifi was really good! The air conditioning was also very good! Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a great location. A few restaurant tips - Kabbas, Davids Noodles and Friends (they are all on street 13 and right near each other)

Amazing hotel
The room is just excellent - very big room and bathroom. Moreover, everything in the room looks new and clean. The hotel's location is also great. Very close to the riverside area and the night market. The hotel's staff were very friendly and they can help you with booking tours in Cambodia.
