Had a resort-like experience. Good value for the budget-conscious. Major eateries and tourist spots all within reach. Variety of food can be improved.

Quiet for the most pArt as it was low season. Older hotel with issues with brown water coming from faucets, old electronics, our phone did not work, the rooms not facing the pool are very dark.
Pool is somewhat clean, the breakfast area is very simple, mostly Asian food.

Decent hotel for price
The hotel has a good size pool, the Wi-Fi is good, the breakfast decent, the rooms a good size. The hotel has seen better days but for the price, I can't complain.

Classic hotel with old rooms
The hotel looks classic on the outside, but the rooms are rather old.
My first time at hotel, but sisters always stay here on previous trips.
Good building presentation. Inside is good. Outside surrounding streets are not so clean.
Pool is adequate: feel bigger than picture.
Best about hotel is the Breakfast buffet (included in room price): food choice is great, can easily over-eat if not careful.
The other best about hotel is the Dinner buffet $17: could not ask for anything more in terms of food choice. Again take care not to over-eat. People from outside hotel also come here for their dinner. Best value in town.
Staff are among the best.
Great food at affordable prices. Reception manager Mrs Him was wonderful - a real asset to the smooth running of front desk. Other staff very polite but limited English.
Really enjoyed my stay and will return to Juliana hotel again. Wi-fi bit of a let down. . Very clean room , room service great. Over all very happy.

Good for the money
The hotel was a good choice for the money. Mid range resort. I booked it because it had a pool and the pool was nice. The location isn't anywhere special as it is inland but the Tuk Tuks and take you anywhere you need to go at a very low cost. Overall it's a good place. The breakfast is good and included in the rate.

ok
Room was comfortable enough, outside pool and jacuzzi were great, breakfast buffet below average and prices in the restaurant on the steep side. Looks and smells a bit like a relic. OK to stay here if you are on a budget and planning on being out and about most of the day otherwise fork out a bit extra.
The room was clean but bare.Plain cement flooring. The facilities were even simpler, old and drab! The location was way out of the town centre. Breakfast was minimal, the menu stayed unchanged all the 5 days we were there! We wont be going there for our next visit!

Good value hotel--will return in future
This is a good value hotel and the room I stay at was very nice and clean. However, the staff, esp. the front desk and restaurant, may need more training. They have an excellent assistant manager (Filipino) who is very knowledgeable and understands how to run a hotel.
Excellent pool area! Hotel is not located near the River front area so it's not centrally located. But the hotel itself is quite nice. They did a good job of booking me a bus for Siem Reap/Angkor Wat--bus picked me up at hotel. Will return and stay here again when in Phnom Penh.
The Juliana Hotel was excellent in all respects, friendly and welcoming staff, fine food with a wide ranging menu, an excellent pool. Really good value. Location is not ideal being a long walk from the waterfront but a Took Took will take you there for a couple of dollars. We were very ppeased with our choice of hotel.
Request paying transfer for first time visit to Phnom Penh, NO SHOW. BAD
Safe deposit box repeatedly problem (automatically open after a certain time or press any button also can open).
Restaurant will only serve ur food after they hv cook all ur order, food cook first become cool.
Taxi required to visit anywhere from this hotel . The reception staff were no helpful and did not wish to communicate . Rooms quiet and clean , good swimming pool . Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet .

An Ok hotel but not worth it
The hotel is not too bad. It has a nice pool and the staff are very friendly (but not especially helpful).
The rooms are fairly standard but getting along a bit in age and with a number of age related quirks. The breakfast was ok but no where near as good as the other places I have stayed at in Phnom Penh.
On the down side the internet in my room only worked for a total of 2 hours. The internet on the first floor and lobby was OK but instead of moving me to a room that had working internet the staffs' solution was to have me do my work in the lobby. As I was there for a conference I need to do work in the evening this was annoying. When I booked I made sure that I chose a hotel that had internet in the rooms. The internet is, understandably, not great in Cambodia but it is Ok and in three visits this is the first time that I have had this type of problem.
The location is also not that great. The neighbour hood is OK but it is quite far from anywhere you would want to go. Also, there are no decent restaurants within walking distance so you are left overpaying for a mediocre buffet lunch/dinner in the hotel restaurant if you want to eat close to the hotel. (There are lots of great, inexpensive places to eat out in Phnom Penh so this is a definite negative.)
On the whole you would be better staying at a hotel closer to the centre. I am sure you can find a better place with better service (and working internet) for cheaper that is in a much better location.
The hotel is very old and tired and in need of renovation in the rooms. The pool is however excellent, but don't expect any service at the pool! I had to ask for a towel one morning from a nearby cleaner as there was no one around, she wasn't too happy about it, but got one. Then someone else turned up and she said she couldn't get another towel!!

I loved Juliana
The staff was courteous, the rooms were kept nicely clean and the beds were alway beautifully remade. The dining was sumptuous especially the dinner Khmer fare. Breakfasts were delicious as well. The hotel was like a bright star compared to the surrounding area...very comforting to approach in a Tuk-Tuk!

Surprisingly good value
Once we finally found this hotel it was a nice oasis from the heat and dust exploring Phnom Penh. Pool, lobby, nice sized room, friendly welcome. But 'off' the beaten track 35 min walk to riverside and Wifi did not work. Nice buffet but marred by presence of dubious 'workers' at breakfast with some guests.
Very friendly staff. We really enjoyed the FREE breakfast buffet! As for Wifi, very good reception in restaurant & lobby. Weak reception on 4th floor which is where we were. But it was still enough to Skype. Nice pool which was cleaned daily There's a fridge, a safe & flat screen TV. The hotel is averagely priced. Will definitely return & recommend it for anyone on a budget but want to have a splendid good time.

We enjoyed our time there the Breakfast was great. Service excellent. We would stay again. The hot water was not always available.
Absoutlely perfect value for money... Super friendly staff... Only negative was the oversight of my wake up call... Maybe they didnt want me to leave though :)
We had a fantastic room that looked brand new. Nice bath with new fixtures. Nice modern design. I didn't see the other rooms but based on location top floor over looking the pool I bet we had the best room avail. Location poor as must tuk tuk everywhere. Breakfast not too great but ok. Dinner menu is expensive Pool nice with warm hot tub. Lobby a bit dingy which makes me wonder if all rooms are new inside like ours was. Free wifi.
