"This stay has set the standard!! The Omni William Penn was an amazing experience. In addition to being simply stunning, great architecture, and perfectly located for what we needed, it offered many amenities. We were there for a week and hated to leave. First, every single team member was nothing short of excellent offering great service, always happy to help and just a pleasure. We did breakfast every morning in The Terrace Room, and our host, Harris, was superb. He knew us by name every morning, great attention to detail, friendly and a great guy. He made the breakfast a great experience as well. The room was very comfortable, gym was great, and while we were there for events at the PPG arena, this location is a quick 6 minute walk to the arena. We will definitely come back even if it's just to stay here."

"It’s a nice hotel. Power outage hit shortly after we checked in and lasted more than 24 hours (so no lights — except emergency lights, no heat, hot water, elevators, breakfast…) — not something they could control, but staff didn’t seem to know anything about what to do in these circumstances. They shrugged a lot. Said they could comp parking charges. While guests struggled to open and close sliding electric doors, staff sat in chairs in the lobby and watched. Unclear whether any refund credits would be issued to the charges we paid through Expedia. Under better circumstances, a nice hotel."

"Was there for an overnight stay. Didn't take advantage of the gym. Valet staff was friendly as well as front desk. "

"The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and all of the public areas were very clean and well maintained. I will say the room layout was a bit awkward. Having the hangers for clothes right above the refrigerator allowed for the clothes to constantly get in the way of closing the refrigerator, and overall it didn’t seem like the space was used efficiently. The hotel was a great location and easily accessible. I would probably not use the valet parking next time, as there is a public lot adjacent to the hotel, and a public garage approximately 100 steps away, both of which are available for half of what the valet charge is. "
