The directions as far as the parking and check in/ check you have something to be desired. But the the place itself was wonderful, and more than made up for that. The customer service was also great!

I had a horrible experience. They send you an email to check in electronically however they had a glitch and I was unable to do so. I called to gain access to my room and they provided access to building, lockbox but never my room #. There’s no way to communicate with Sonder directly as they are all app based and there isn’t staff in the building. Overall I never got my room number and Expedia tried their best to get me my room number or at least my money back and Sonder would not. Extremely disappointed that would still charge even though they never provided access details. I will never book a place like this ever again.

The room was wonderful and the building was renovated and incredibly clean. There were several cars broken into on the street next to the property, and the tow man said it was the 5th time it had happened in a month. It seems to be an area they are trying to revitalize, and some cute shops and cafes are around, but overall you can tell it is not the safest.
