Spacious rooms and well maintained. Rittenhouse square is a great location. Very conveniently located to business district, restaurant, grocery stores. Good for families with kids. Tourist attractions are walkable or within reasonable taxi fare rides.

The location is great and central to shopping (including CVS & Target) & restaurants with parking across the street from the hotel. Check in was fast, efficient and very pleasant. The room was very basic and very clean. I came into town to see a jazz concert for one night and this hotel met my needs at a great price point.
