The lady at the check in the first night was not very friendly or welcome. The room smelled like a mix of mold and a really strange stale scent. The air conditioner squeaked the entire time it was on. Water in the shower was cold. Staff was made aware and I was told "those are normal issues with those rooms". Pillows were the size of sofa throw pillows and were like sleeping on small stones. I woke up with a headache and neckache from them every morning and multiple times each night. Will not be staying there ever again.

Great stay for a short visit. Simple, economical, but accommodating. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and updated, a few food options and convenient store/ gas station in same plaza. Continental breakfast included.

The front desk staff was literally the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! We had a few issues and they jumped right in to correct. The staff made the experience for this hotel!

Water pressure on the shower wasn't the greatest. Breakfast was good. The cup for the juice were like sample cups.It would have been nice to have larger cups. Switch to just orange juice. The orange guava was nasty.

I didn't like the front desk person, she wasn't professional. She told me i booked a handicapped room which i clearly did not, i just arrived close to midnight when i got off work so i think they just gave me the only room they had left. The front desk girl tried to insult me by telling me her grandmother has the same name as me. Clearly she was trying to insult me and was not being friendly. She didn't activate my room key so I had to carryvand drag all of my things back down to the front desk and she didn't apologize for not activating my key. The smirk on her face told me it was done on purpose. When i finally fell asleep i was constantly awoken by the person in the room above me walking around, the sound was very loud!!

The location is great from the highway. The staff was super helpful. There is a variety of dining with a Wendy’s, Cracker Barrel or Royal Farms and it’s walking distance from the hotel.
