I like that it is close to the office. After a hard day of work there is nice dining near the hotel. I can do take out or eat in.

The staff was very nice and they let us check in pretty early. The room was clean and parking was easy. Everything was fine except we were stuck in the room more than usual due to weather and the tv options are terrible. There is no ability to stream movie services, the guide only showed the name of the Channels not what was on AND the reception kept going in and out. Not a big deal for some but a smart tv in 2024 should

Hello,Thank you for your review of your stay at our hotel. We recently installed new TVs in all our rooms at the hotel. We are in the process of upgrading our cable network to stream off the TVs as well. Bad weather always interrupts our service so we are looking to fix this ASAP.We thank you for your kind words and we hope to see you again soon!

I didn't like the fact that they do not clean the rooms unless you specifically ask. I had never heard of a hotel that doesn't clean the rooms. I had to go to the front desk and ask if I could at least have more towels. Also the digital key was not working for anyone so I had to use a physical key card.

Staff was very courteous also housekeeping and kitchen staff was very polite everything was neat & clean breakfast was good and I liked getting the two complimentary bottles of water upon arrival. Overall I was very pleased with the service would definitely recommend it to family and friends👍

I Found a bug on my bed, and got Moved to a different room that the fridge didnt work and the microwave was broken. The breakfast was good, and the pool is what we really came for.. in all i wouldnt go there again.
