"Very good place to stay if you want something more quiet and remote from the beach scene, while being close enough to the beaches if you wish to enjoy (with transportation). Very friendly and efficient staff and a very good on-site restaurant scene"

"The hotel is basic but comfortable with all the amenities you need, rooms are large and en suite and have a fridge, kettle, TV and air con. There is a nice pool and breakfast is available. There is a bar in a fridge in reception, the staff are very helpful and friendly and it’s a short walk to the beach, a 7/11 and local bars and restaurants are within easy reach. There is a large car park but no lift, and all rooms are floor 1 and above so not suitable for everyone, but overall this hotel...

"The staff — especially one outstanding front desk employee named Mat — genuinely saved this stay. She went above and beyond throughout my 5 days, and honestly the hotel doesn't deserve her. The property itself is clean and well-maintained compared to many others in the area.
However, the issues were significant. WiFi was broken for my entire 5-day stay and never fixed, forcing me to burn through my mobile data. The electricity breaker tripped twice — once while I was mid-shower, leaving me...

"We stayed for 5 nights as a family of four, booking two rooms. The resort has a beautiful location, clean rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. The included resort transfer to and from Koh Samet is also a great service and makes the journey very convenient.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. The most disappointing was a strong sewage smell from the shower drain in one of our two rooms. We reported it, but the only solution offered was to cover...
