The location was near to the beach and fairy stream. It's quite an old hotel and the floor of the room was tiled and felt dusty. I think the cleaning staff has cut corners on the vacuuming.

Good stay

Overall, a pleasant stay. The ride from HCM airport to the hotel was a killer. A good 4 hour drive in. Hotel was location fairly near Muine Central which was good. Friendly staff. Could improve in their english though to be able to serve better.

Stayed at Muong Thanh Mui Ne hotel with Deluxe King Room booking for two nights in December. I needed to rush to the bus station and the hotel receptionist was quick to get me a taxi when I couldn't book via Grab. It is quite strategically located between the tourist attraction spots. Also, the interior of the hotel especially the bath room and the walkway from the elevator to the room needs to be brighter. For the ladies might have trouble trying to put on make-up under dim lighting. The food taste could be better as it is rather quite blant. Overall experience was above average. Will come back again.

The pool area was nice. Room was nice overall except for 2 things....1) the room was over the facade or front covered area so our view from the 2nd floor was the top of the structure which was horrible....2) the shower tub was only covered 1/2way with a glass so everytime we showered the water pretty much flew out all over the bathroom floor like a flood. Terrible design wboever came up with that idea. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Im not sure I would cone back next time if Im in Mui Ne.

Nice place to stay

Very nice hotel big room, shower a bit of a problem getting in and out and water pressure not very strong, food was great, pool was very good, pool guy does a fabulous job very busy and very helpfull, only problem was Checkout, took 40 minutes, because a group of Chinese tourists 10 bus loads, all checking out at the same time, otherwise great stay for us

poor hospitality

arrived pretty early so we requested for early check in. there were LOTS of guests who already checked out, so we knew there were available rooms, but they kept on saying no. it just felt like they weren't willing to help us. We were so patient, we were asked to always wait which was weird bec in the end, we were waiting for nothing. The rooms were nice though. Begs were big and room was spacious. Wish there were wall USB chargers, and more light controls near the bed. Also hope more english channels.

Superb location by the beach and amazing pool

I enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach at this hotel. Room was comfortable with a nice bath tub, not easy to get rooms with bath tubs at beach resorts like this, that is within a reasonable price in Asia. However, this hotel has the trifecta, beach, pool and tub. Amazing! Food was ok, there are a lot of restaurants if you walk along the street where the hotel is located so not a problem. There are convenience stores across as well.

Nice hotel quiet and easy to get in and out

Overall great experience. We sadly had a flight delay and we were still able to check in at 3:00AM which was a relief. The staff was willing to help. We didn’t try the complementary breakfast as we wanted to eat with the family. Good atomosphere and will return soon.

The hotel was nice and clean, but the staff were not easy to communicate with and often just gave instruction before waiting to know what the question was. The private beach is lovely and the view from the pool is nice as well.

First impressions...

Unfortunately 1st impression lasts... From check-in the friendliness of the staff was none-existent. The male staff didn't appear to understand the check-in processes and was fumbling looking for the appropriate paperwork. There were no explanation of the facilities available to us nor were there explanations on room operation (hot water switch. Wifi password, etc.) The service did get better eventually, however it was already too late.

Room is quite clean but the bathroom has hair. Luckily I got the big room in the cornor. with living room and bed room. Share the bacon with other rooms. Price is high compare with nearby. Breakfast is poor with limited of choice.

Amazing honeymoon trip

We are so happy we chose this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff was very kind and always helpful, especially the front desk workers. The hotel features a luxurious pool complete with a poolside bar, all a few paces from the beach. Although we found the beach to be more littered than expected, for us the pool made up for it. Our morning buffet breakfast had various dishes with fresh juice and Vietnamese cuisine. There are outdoor seats where you can enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The massages were very relaxing and reasonably priced. The hotel also has a beautiful garden area surrounding the pool.

Don't believe photos!!

Hospital like hotel. Do not believe the photos!!! We did not stay and requested a refund and they refused. The hotel is not in the safe area of town. Very dissapointed

It is not very new hotel. Staff was nice just reception said that want to keep the passport till the next morning but it was not so easy to get passport back at the next day. The hotel is a little far away from the restaurants so you need walk or rent a bike. Breakfast are good with many opions.

좋은 위치 친절한 호텔

야시장 앞. 호수 앞 신투어리스트에서 택시 3분거리. 걸어도 되는 거리입니다. 크레이지하우스 다딴라폭포 죽림선원 다 택시로 3천원이내 입니다. 룸도 깨끗. 조식도 나름 괜찮았고 친절합니다.

Disliked: Cleanliness

가격이 싼 만큼 그 가격에 맞는 정도였던 것 같네요. 물이 너무 졸졸졸 나오기도 하고 따뜻한 물은 전혀 나오지 않더라구요. 그리고 물에서 쇠 냄새가 너무 많아 나서 씻고 난 후에도 깨끗하지 않고 찝찝한 느낌이 들어서 많이 아쉬웠어요.
