"My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests."

"Really good location, close to the train and bus stations. I’d definitely recommend staying here. The only downside is that the room layouts can vary, and in our room the toilet and shower/sink were separate. If you stay here, I’d also really recommend trying the Thai restaurant opposite — it was great!"

"This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window...

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"The room itself is clean and lots of space. But the building is under construction and I think others around it. Theres also a train track close to it that’s nonstop and loud noises even when the windows are shut, and a church that rings the bell at 7am. I have to close all windows so no air or breeze at all because if I don’t, I won’t get any sleep, the area is very loud with the train track and the construction. A fan in the room will be nice. "The property did not have appropriate cooling. We were provided with a basement room, which was NOT advertised on the listing. It had no cooling apart from a small fan, which did not cool the apartment at all. We did not sleep both of the nights as the room was too hot and could not be cooled. There were a couple of windows but they were at street level, which meant if we opened them, people could see in. It was too hot outside to open the windows."
