"Lovely friendly welcome. Accessible lift for me & my mobility aid to reception. A bit disappointed that all the tables in the restaurant were booked for dinner. We were able to eat on the patio but it was right next to the passing traffic. Room had a fabulous view. (I paid for an upgrade). Bathroom could do with a decent walk in shower."

"The staff was professional and friendly. They spoke enough English to answer basic questions. The bed was more comfortable than most places. The basic room was spacious for one person. The breakfast was wonderful! Sausage or bacon, eggs, crepes, croissants, deli meat, cheese, variety of jams and nutella, yogurt and cappuccino machine for EUR 13.50 each day. Well worth the price and my favorite thing about the hotel. My only concern is the AC kept turning off on it's own, even in the middle of the night. Otherwise, a solid hotel."

"The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location was great. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed, which made the stay very convenient. The only setback was the parking. The listing mentions that parking spaces are available, but in reality, you have to park in a nearby public parking area. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay."

"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Le Lac. The hotel was nice enough, and the staff were welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the dining room was particularly impressive — very elegant and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a nice hotel with a great breakfast, although the room décor felt a little tired and would benefit from an update. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, which wasn’t ideal during the heatwave we experienced."

"Great hotel, with an extremely kind staff. The elevator had a problem that day, but the front desk personally carried our luggage upstairs. Breakfast was amazing and everything is super clean. The only warning I’d add (for summer months) is that there is no air-conditioning in the room. But we just opened up the window and slept without any problems. Totally recommend!"

"The property was in a remote village area and was in a quiet location. The rooms were clean and nice. The restaurant was good, though communication with our wait staff was difficult (she only spoke French). We spoke English, Italian and some Spanish. The rooms had no AC. It was a hot summer this year and it wasn't comfortable at night. Parking was ample and easy."
