"The first unit was clean although had hair on the walls in the bathroom and the plates were dirty in the cupboard. The toilet then broke and the plumber did not have the part to fix. We were then moved to another room which had not been vacuumed properly and had an old musky smell about it. The staff were quite rude about having to move us. Disappointed with the snappy attitude them."

Can’t comment on staff/service because we used self check-in and check out. Convenient drive to Pokolbin region and other wineries."
