"The beach is wonderful! Views are fantastic! No cruise ships docking! Really nice pool and bar. The 1748 restaurant was very good with a wide selection of dishes. For such a great property I was very surprised at the reception desk which is a small hut at the entrance to the property. There is no concierge desk as such. No personnel to give you advise on local attractions etc. the majority of the staff gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there! In my opinion the staff let the resort down. "

"Wonderful view. Palm trees, the bay and water breaking over the reef Beach staff, Jose and Lucy we warm and attentive. Carlton in water sports was accommodating and brought smile the face The butler staff was very new to me but made getting to know the property very easy and quick allowing us to get the most out of our 6 day stay"

"I read a review prior to arriving that stated the word “dinghy” I chose to ignore that as this location is near the airport. Unfortunately the word was very accurate. The resort is likely quite old with spotty craftsmanship. The entire resort has a general odour of septic. It wasn’t very pleasant when spending time at the pool. The staff is trying their best in-spite of the property condition. Ants and bugs in the room were abundant. Which is typical for the Caribbean - however this was a bit more than what I would say is an expected amount. The restaurant had a lovely staff and the food was decent. Cheers to the staff trying to offer an enjoyable stay for guests. Wyndham needs to invest in the property and septic system. "
