Mood Hotel
The front desk experience was not good. It seems the gentleman at the front desk put my 85 year old mother on a different floor than us. When I ask if we could be on the same floor he told me “we would have had to book the rooms together “. Well I had 1 reservation # so… it that not being booked ...

Serena Majestic Residence
Rooms are in horrible condition. Basically a hostell. We were family of 4 and bunkbeds had no linens. I called front desk for towels as they dont clean rooms and it took 2 hours to happen. Do no lt stay here. Bugs/ spiders all in the room also.
