Food in Bar was excellent quality and value, food and overall experience in restaurant was 8/10, due staff experience, order mistakes. "We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a mini suite which was absolutely stunning. Every part of the hotel was beautiful - from the room, to the seating areas, restaurant and food. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. We had the most wonderful stay and will definitely be back."

"Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it"

"We only has an overnight stay including dinner. A very comfortable and well located hotel. A short downhill walk to the centre of Pitlochry which was buzzing. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The hydro was well worth a visit, and demonstrates how we should all manage green energy. The fish ladder at the hydro was fascinating."
