    absolutely love the location and being able to have 2 bedrooms....but over the last 10 years or so i dont think we have ever had a room where the stove works.....or to get it to work we have had to call someone to come and show us how as no books etc supplied... most of the time staff have gone home and we have had to go outside and buy food.. more expense.....this is not the idea when there is a kitchen.... this has to be addressed. other than that all ok

    Property was well situated and well preseented. Limited reception hours were challenging. There were no sheets provided for the sofa bed.

    Clean and spacious. Some kitchen utensils have worn out. And we were not briefed about how to enter gym room as we found out there is keypad lock. We tried approach counter staff but nobody was there. We called reception someone picked up the call but declined to give the passcode via phone and asked us to go to counter again. And nobody was there...

    The apartments are spacious and have a well set up kitchen. Soft towels and hot shower. The location is also central. On arrival during open hours, the front desk was shuttered up and walked straight past it because there is no signage. Another guest said she had the same problem when she arrived and that the staff were also rude to her. There are not very many car spaces as most are reserved.
