Location a little out of main city but still walkabout and good service by buses. Great sized room with good facilities. Free laundry on site which was a fantastic touch. Rooms not as clean as hoped but staff all helpful.

Everything was good about this property besides the communication. I emailed them shortly after I checked out, explaining I accidentally left a bottle of wine in the fridge. I was hoping I could recollect it at a later date. I emailed the hotel and they never got back to me.

The first room we were offered had clearly had someone smoking previously The staff were accommodating and changed the room for us, delt with professionally Otherwise nice modern 1 bedroom apartment 15mins walk to CBD

A little misleading claiming parking was available. It was a 10 min walk in a paid multi story car park. No gold member exclusive benefits (bottle of bubbly) provided. Rooms and staff were very good.

For some reason the staff had incorrect booking info off Expedia when I booked off Hotels.com It was an excellent form of accommodation near the city and local attractions, but the parking daily was a problem which is why I did not rent a car

The service apartment was wonderful to stay in. Very clean and spacious. The bedroom area had a bathroom and the lounge room also had it's own bathroom. The only disappointment was that there is no guest parking available v on the premises. We had to use start parking.

The staff were very friendly and were good enough to check me in a little earlier. It’s disappointing that check in is at 2pm and you have to leave by 10am. One private cafe in the complex that charges over priced food and drinks. The rooms were neat and tidy.

Had a bushfire near Jacob’s Ladder on the 1st week of our stay which affected the airconditioning in the rooms. The staff graciously moved us into a different room and even gave us a bigger one. Overall happy with the experience during our stay.

The hotel is very well located. The room was OK, but the sheets and towels had many stains on them. When we first entered the room, the shower was clogged so we had to contact the front desk to fix it. The next day we also wanted to have our room cleaned, but the service desk told us that they didn't offer cleaning service that day. Overall, it was an OK hotel, but don't expect great quality.

We loved everything about the property however there was one negative .... the parking was off site with a private operator, Wilson's Parking and it took around 10-15 minutes to walk back to our accommodation. There was very limited street parking and it was a real struggle to get a park close by as there were not many spaces and they were always occupied. We would not choose to stay here again for that reason only as we have our own car and need to have onsite parking. Everything else was wonderful .

There is a kitchenette available, which allowed us to cook, with the available pots and pans. Very conveneient. The hotel is also very clean.

Great location, staff and facilites.
Fantastic location, and wonderful polite and helpful staff. I had a King studio room and it exceded my expectations with having a full size fridge and cooking facilities. So close to Kings park, a quick but puffed walk up jacobs ladder and you are there. And so close to walk into the city, very close to Elizabeth Quay train and bus station. I had no car so the parking issue did not worry me, would definitely stay again if on foot.

Clean tidy and pleasant service. Nearby restaurant closed Mon and Tues. Coffee shop inside hotel not open by advertised time on both mornings we were there which was disappointing. No parking available on site but noticed staff park their cars out front over night while guests park down the street and have to walk back to hotel (in the rain!)

The opening and closing hours/days is beyond our control. We do have reserved parking for our maintenance staff to assist him when attending to urgent calls, as he takes care for the maintenance work of two properties. We also required by law to provide a parking space for disability guests. There are limited spaces at our front entrance and the best we can offer is to direct other vehicle users to street parking and Wilson Carpark which we have discount fees in place. Nice little place, nice room and nice staff. Took advantage of the free laundry facilities. Only negative was the small on site restaurant was closed during our stay and there isn’t another restaurant close by. Otherwise a fine place to stay.

I didn’t realise it was at the foot of Jacobs Ladder, an amazing spot. Parking is just around the corner in Spring Street, pretty handy and a quiet parking area during our stay. I loved climbing Jacobs Ladder, the views were amazing and lying in bed in the morning watching the people using it was great.
