The welcoming from Teresa the proprietor. Handy location, 2 minutes from shopping centre, 10 minutes from Warwick Bushland Reserve (probably Perth's best wildflower reserve) and handy for Warwick Station.
Nothing. Never saw a pool. I would rather had stayed in a tent

Our pool at back with council check stander. our room are all en-suite rooms. I am not sure you are the guest booked 25th to 26th April but did not show up I wait to 11:00pm. if it is I think the review it is not correct. We have RAC 3 star hosted accommodation since year 2004.
Hostess Theresa was so friendly and helpful and prepared a simple but good breakfast each day. A ride to the local train station was always willingly done. Located near shops and restaurants. We would go again.

Theresa the owner is lovely and can’t do enough for you. Home from home. Would stay again
Lovely to have a pool.
Clean and homely accomodation.
Very good value for money.
Surprised that as well as tea and coffee making our room had toaster, microwave and fridge.
Relaxed, Cosy and Comfortable. Recommend! Great access to Cinemas Shops Food. Close to freeway access at Mitchell Freeway to the city and Reid Highway to the hills.
I arrived late Friday night and for my full stay every little thing was taken care of. You couldn’t hope to meet a lovlier B&B operator- and this is coming from someone who never bothers with writing reviews! I will definitely be going back there when I’m next visiting Perth.
This place was close to our children's place. The owner went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. unfortunately this was a difficult time as she had just lost her elderly mother but it was business as usual for her guests. Impressive. Amazingly friendly people. Simple, nutritious breakfast and mighty tasty.

Close to all amenities
It was mostly clean and bed was comfortable however sheets although clean, were old and pilled. Breakfast was good but a little late at 8.30am for those that needed to start early. The hostess Teresa was very attentive and look after each guest. For a short stay of a couple of days it is a great stay, but not for the long term.
Palms B&B is run by Teresa and David. Teresa is the hostess and she is extremely welcoming, helpful and a very nice person. Palms is a 15 minute walk from Warwick train station and the frequency of the trains into and out of Perth are very good. If I am back in Australia again and visiting Perth I would not hesitate to stay at the Palms B&B again

Palms Bed and Breakfast
The host is really friendly and helpful. And the environment is good as well. I'll probably recommend that to my family and friends. And I'll go there again if I go to Perth again.
Had a great time and enjoyed our chats with owner over breakfast. Room well appointed and very clean. Information freely given about amenities close by. Always offered lift to train station if we needed it. Enjoyed every day we stayed there. We will be back.
Arrived for a stay to see family and friends. Booked in advance about six weeks. Looked for a place handy to amenities and shopping and gave me a bit of privacy and a place to rest, and a space to park my hire car. Owners are very friendly and accomodating, a nice simple breakfast every morning and conversation with our host and other guests. In fact having extended my stay in Perth for another two weeks, have considered myself lucky they have been able to accommodate me for most of that time.

Bed & Breakfast in the suburbs
Clean and tidy. Not luxurious but comfortable and did the job. We wanted something close to our friends in the suburbs just for the night and the Palms did the trick!
The hotel its nice, very close to a shopping centre and buses. The breakfast was good. The attention of the staff was really appreciate. They help you a lot with information and the privacy of your room its really nice. If I need I will take it again. The twin room has its own bathroom which is really important.
We were just looking for a quick overnight stay which was close to a hospital for early admission the next morning. It suited our purpose. I explained that we would be gone by 6.30am and that my husband was fasting but it would have been nice to have a small tray for breakfast for myself....otherwise good.

Friendly manager
Used as a stopover North side of Perth.
Manager was very friendly. Facilities of B&B very basic. Small room with ensuite. Manager Cooked a simple breakfast each time for us.
First time the room was double booked so we ended in a two single bed room which was quite crammed but had it's own bathroom. Second time had the queen bed and larger room which was more pleasant.
