. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of expectations
Check-In Experience:
On the day of check-in, we encountered a delay of approximately half an hour before the bellman assisted with our luggage.
The bellman appeared disengaged during the luggage transfer, offering no assistance or support throughout the process.
Check-Out Experience:
Despite providing advance notice and requesting luggage assistance during check-out, we were informed of a minimum half-hour wait.
Upon the bellman's eventual arrival, he simply left the luggage cart at our room door, leaving us to handle the entire process independently.
Overall Service Perception:
The hotel did not appear overly busy, and staff members seemed relaxed. However, the lack of proactive service was evident, leaving guests to handle tasks traditionally managed by the hotel.
