Flying in in the early hours of the morning was a little worries but no issues at all. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Loved that I could top up water bottle with either still or sparkling water on way in or out.

Room was extremely dusty, had a dark substance splattered on my door and marks all over the hotel room. I was given an interconnecting room meaning I could hear everything next door. As a single woman this wasn’t ideal knowing someone could open the door across from my bed. Anytime doors were opened it sounded like someone was entering my room. The lobby itself was nice and the hotel is in a central location. Keep in mind this hotel is across the road from a nightclub so you can hear music up till 5am (which was expected).

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Perth. However, it was extremely difficult to access other party members at their room because the room key (which operates the lift) would not allow access to other floors only the floor on which we were staying. We did ask for rooms near each other but we're given rooms on different floors and therefore could not help a member of our party who has mobility issues.

Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of expectations Check-In Experience: On the day of check-in, we encountered a delay of approximately half an hour before the bellman assisted with our luggage. The bellman appeared disengaged during the luggage transfer, offering no assistance or support throughout the process. Check-Out Experience: Despite providing advance notice and requesting luggage assistance during check-out, we were informed of a minimum half-hour wait. Upon the bellman's eventual arrival, he simply left the luggage cart at our room door, leaving us to handle the entire process independently. Overall Service Perception: The hotel did not appear overly busy, and staff members seemed relaxed. However, the lack of proactive service was evident, leaving guests to handle tasks traditionally managed by the hotel.

Novotel Perth Hotel was average as a hotel. The room was decent and the area accessible. The pool water is ridiculously warm and was dirty when I was there. The sauna was not easy to find and some staff did not know its location when asked. In respect to the staff, except for a few members, I constantly felt dismissed or put off by their attitude. The bar team was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an okay stay for a short visit.

Pleasant but needs some attention
Pretty good stay. Room was very nice and clean and good size. Breakfast was extensive and sufficient but the coffee machines were confusing for almost everyone trying to use them and only option for hot water for tea was to use the coffee machine so gave up waiting. Breakfast seemed understaffed and everything was quite messy and needed more attention and organisation. Pool was ok, but also a bit murky after a day of everyone swimming in it and shame that it is only open during 'daylight'.

Convenience , comfy beds but was definitely surprised not to see a bottle of water in the room on arrival , especially as it was 42o outside, plus no robe to wear as stated in booking. Pool area was full of kids jumping and splashing which wasnt the vibe i wanted

Great location especially if you are attending an event at the RAC Areana. 6x elevators in the property provide great efficiency/access to your room and other levels. Buffet breakfast is fantastic! Complimentary still water/sparkling in reception very useful when filling up your drink bottle. Pool area looks nice but not very clean- pool bar was not open over the xmas/new year period so a little disappointed. Downstairs bar overpriced.

We had a great stay for 3 nights at the Novotel Perth. Centrally located with easy access to both public transport and cabs, and plenty of dining options only a short distance away. The property itself is well kept, the staff were great and the rooms modern and well appointed. The only issue we had was the TV in our room was very temperamental and would often not work, unfortunately the staff were unable to get this fixed during our stay but it was a minor issue in the end.
