Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was perfect as always and al the staff were very efficient answering any questions I had.
I am away for one day then back at this hotel for a further eight night's which I am looking forward to.
Great location, central and close to where we wanted to go for a concert.
Breakfast buffet was great.
Valet parking was very handy.
Staff are all friendly and lovely.
Good location and rooms nice size. Hotel probs getting a bit old but rooms were excellently cleaned and stocked. Hotel was pretty full and we didnt really notice much noise which was great.
The staff were great. The location was walkable to everything. However, this hotel is very dated and very old for a 4 star hotel in todays time. It needs a renovation and even new paint. Also more channels other than just local tv for a four star hotel.
Very spacious accommodation that was clean and quiet

Once again I had another great two night's stay at this hotel. Nothing is too much bother for all the staff here. From Crystal sorting out my room for this and two other stays I have upcoming in December to Camilla who was very helpful and friendly while serving at the bar. I even went out for the day and realised I had left my laptop charged in and phoned reception and spoke to a lady who was working on Saturday morning who arranged for Housekeeping to go and unplug it. This was very helpful as I was out all day and my laptop does get hot if left charging for too long. I look forward to my next five day stay starting tomorrow.
I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and once again had another great stay. It is always my first choice when staying in the CBD, The service offered by Ella at the front desk, from check-in to check-out, was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. Also a shout out to the two maintenance guys (sorry I don't know their names) who tried to fix the safe in the first room I was allocated. Despite their efforts they had to close off the room and offered me a change of room with an upgrade to Room 1028. This was greatly appreciated and a very nice way to start my eight week trip around Western Australia with the first three night's in this room. I am staying here three more times during my trip, for a further ten night's, and am sure those stays will be as good as this one was Graham
Staff are excellent and do their best. Hotel is tired needs some maintenance. Good cbd location. Excellent swimming pool on the roof. Big bath in the room which is nice.
The Hotel was reasonable close to City and transport.
The casual dinning was suitable for us.
Did not like the noise in the room from shower or toilet next door.
Would like other dining options in the vicinity
