Great stay, front of house staff were very helpful and pleasant. Although an older style building the room was spotlessly clean and had been updated with a new fridge and bathroom vanity also a great location. Would stay again. We were lucky enough to see the fireworks which was only a 8 minute walk to the river and walkway to all the restaurants on the water. 😊

Can’t fault the staff, very friendly and helpful. Facilities in the room were good but the hotel is very dated and worn out. Parking was included which was handy and it is a short walk into the city centre so the location is convenient.

Close to cat2 free bus so that you can park and use public transport in cbd. Great for a two.night stay. Breakfast was included and was full breakfast and continental. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were excellent.

As always, the staff were nice and friendly. The hotel has gone downhill though needs to be renovated badly, the rooms are very outdated, the room we had did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom, there was one or two cockroaches running around the walls, the housekeeping needs training on how to make a bed.
