I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Based on the room description, it was supposed to include cookware, an oven, and other kitchen facilities, but these were not provided. I raised this with the hotel staff, but they were not very friendly and did not acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology. ...

Oaks Perth Hotel
Was allocated a room that was filthy and not cleaned. Staff weren’t overly caring or helpful. Seemed annoyed I came back down to let them know it hadn’t been changed since last visitors.
