"A good base if you are exploring the Snow Roads of Cairngorms National Park. Easy checkin and a spacious room. Free water and basic breakfast is provided which is an added bonus. The only "complain" is the wavering toilet seat but it is not a big issue."

"Good location, 5 minute walk to city centre. Friendly helpful staff. The room had comfortable beds, breakfast had plenty of choice."

"Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again."
