"Great hotel great location everything in walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful couldn't fault them at all! Biggest disappointment was there was no lift, I had a a 16month old and had to carry buggy up stairs to second floor. When I booked I wasn't made aware there was no lift. I managed, many of the staff offered many times to help carry buggy upstairs for us. I recommend this hotel."
