"This delightful studio is small but adequate, had better facilities than our friends staying more high end. Perfectly situated in the old town close to many, many shops and restaurants, yet very quiet in the evening. My only suggestion would be to improve the shower. Our host was so helpful and very responsive any Tim we contacted. Thank you so much"

"Very clean. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen had lots of storage with plates, bowls, cutlery etc. The bathroom was very sanitised and also had a hair dryer and some small travel soaps. The outdoor area was beautiful with a pool and many sunbeds which makes it perfect for a family. The apartments were also cleaned regulary this included of, beds changed,new towels, and more. Overall i would highly reccomend this place."

"Wir waren vom 26.08. bis 05.09.2025 in der sehr gepflegten Anlage. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und alle zwei Tage bekam man neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Elena und Nikolas sind fantastiche Gastgeber gewesen. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben tolle Gespräche geführt und viel miteinander gelacht. "The property is right on Barbati beach which was 50m walk from our door. The staff were amazing, we also extended our stay and they were most accommodating. Its about 10 minutes to ipsos where there are countless restaurants and bars. Supermarkets are everywhere, scooter hire as well. Planning to return in the near future. "
