"Not first time here. Receptionist Valeria was very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the waiter mr.Panicos. Suddenly ,not all staff like this in hotel. Manager should do something about this. Such behavior is not acceptable towards hotel guests. Service should be accompanied by a smile and quality ! There is rudeness at the pool bar. These people have no desire to work.
