"They claim that they have a free parking and there wasn't. Had asked for it queen bed and they give us two separate beds for people who are in their honeymoon. The pillows felt like they were filled with cardboard. The staff were not present and when I called them they said if you don't like it you can leave. The location was perfect, right across the street from the bay and ferry terminal, close to all the shops, cafe's and restaurants and only 10 minutes walk from Como Lago train station.
