"Clean room, nice staff"

"Very clean and dust free room and bathroom, clearly updated, room 210 if you are looking for a specific reference, super comfortable bed and pillows, great heating and air conditioning. Facility was clean between parking lot and entry to room..staff very professional and friendly. We didn't have the breakfast or use the workout area so can't review that. Price was really reasonable. "

"The hotel offers breakfast, but today they did not have hot food simply because the container that keeps the food warm was not working. I wonder how a hotel could not have other alternatives for theirs guests."

"When I arrived, the gentleman at the desk couldn’t find my reservation from Expedia. I had to call Expedia and have Expedia call the property in order to sort it out. Took about a half hour. Then we got to the room, which had sticky residue on multiple surfaces, and a continuously running toilet. When we tried to access the WiFi, we encountered a login that some devices couldn’t connect to. At breakfast the next morning, the cold eggs and potatoes were the highlight. The coffee was undrinkable....

"dépôt 50$ obligatoire en arrivant, la préposée me dit que dépôt sera remboursé au départ ,je lui dit que je part à 4h am, elle me dit pas de problème quelqu’un sera là juste appuyer sur sonnette pour service . j’ai sonner pendant 20 minutes personnes n’est venu il n’a aucun numéro d’urgence pour les contacter, je devais partir absolument donc j’imagine je perd mon 50$. les tapis dans les corridor très sales la balayeuse pas passé depuis longtemps , la chambre moyennement propre. mon seule bon...

"We had a late check in and upon arrival the front doors were locked, you needed to have a key/pass to enter. Our room must’ve had a flood because it had a humidifier blower still drying the rug and it smelled musty. I spoke to the front desk and they were apologetic and gracious. They gave us a differ room, smaller beds but it was clean and cozy. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"Bed covers had holds, looked to be from cigarette burns. Bathroom walls around bathtub were peeling and had mold. Bathtub and shower curtains had mold. Parking was available, not secure. Non hotel residents could drove through parking areas. Advertised breaksfast, but wasn't available."

"We liked the coziness of the boat, the views of the river, the surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negative thing we could say was that due to the ran/wind the boat creaked and it made it hard to sleep for one of our nights."
